What does being Mexican American mestizo, hard-of-hearing, narcoleptic, sapphic, and gender-queer have in common? That there is no suitable box in society for me to live in. I am unknowable. Yet, Nature knows me, and accepts me as I am. 
 
Wild Brujeria is a collection of poems written for the people who live everyday under the weight of labels they know can never contain their entire souls.
